To help us develop our network in France, we are recruiting a Business Development Manager (Infrastructures de Recharge pour Véhicules Électriques) preferably located in Lyon, but open to explore other locations.

🌱 Your responsibilities:

Land Search:

  • Identify and prospect suitable plots of land or shared sites (commercial zones, hotel parking lots, restaurant parking lots, business centers, etc.) for the installation of charging stations.
  • Identify owners or main stakeholders to carry out negotiations.
  • Develop relationships with potential partners, landowners, parking lot managers, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Build and work hand in hand with a network of prospecting partners that will allow you to increase the volume of opportunities.

Commercial Negotiation:

  • Lead negotiations with property owners and site managers for the signing of leases or operating contracts.
  • Ensure the management and follow-up of commercial agreements until their signature.
  • Defend opportunities to the Investment Committee for approval.

Tenders:

  • Active monitoring the market to identify public and private tender opportunities related to the installation of charging stations.
  • Elaborate and submit competitive bids in collaboration with technical and legal teams.
  • Defense of the offer before private operators or administrations that have promoted the tender.

🚀 Your profile:

  • 5 years of experience in business development, ideally in the energy, mobility, or real estate sectors.
  • You have a commercial mindset and a strong interest in new energies and decarbonized mobility.
  • You are willing to work towards specific goals.
  • Experience in the preparation of technical and economic bids is a plus.
  • Previous experience in working directly with government agencies and public institutions is a plus.
  • You are eager to work in a young, growing company (start-up).
  • You enjoy traveling and the idea of meeting your contacts directly.
  • You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • You are proactive, autonomous, and possess rigor, organizational skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • You are eager to work in a holistic role.
  • High level of spoken and written French and English.
  • Availability to travel.
