Station Location
As we mentioned, its location couldn’t be better. You’ll find it in the car park of the Parque Principado Shopping Centre, the largest leisure and shopping destination in Asturias, just a few kilometres from the centre of Oviedo. This is a strategic point where several major roads converge, making the Charging Station highly accessible for all electric vehicle users travelling in the area.
You can access it via exits 24 (southbound) and 26 (northbound) on the A-66 motorway and exit 30 on the A-64 from both directions. Using the Zunder app, you can activate GPS navigation to the Ultra-Fast Charging Station at Parque Principado or to any other station within the Zunder charging network. This Charging Station is located at the most important Shopping Centre in Asturias, so you’ll find everything you need just a few steps away from the charging bays. Cafés, restaurants, restrooms, shops, entertainment zones, cinemas, and a wide range of services – all of which can be explored on the Parque Principado Shopping Centre website.
Power Outputs and Available Connectors
This impressive Zunder Charging Station features no fewer than 36 ultra-fast charging points – yes, you read that correctly – 36 ultra-fast charging points distributed as follows:
- 12 charging points with CCS connectors delivering up to 400 kW
- 24 charging points with CCS connectors delivering up to 160 kW
All charging points include Plug&Charge functionality, allowing you to start a charging session automatically by simply connecting your car to the charger. Each charging point is also equipped with a card payment terminal (POS), enabling you to start your charge directly with a credit or debit card, without the need for any registrations.
As you’ll see in the images, all charging bays are spacious enough to accommodate any electric vehicle comfortably. The area is also well-lit, ensuring a safe and convenient charging experience at any time of the day.
